Local BCS Artist, ‘MEM Stackboy’ organizes first annual ‘Summer Splash’ in Bryan, Texas.
We had the privilege to interview local BCS artist, MEM Stackboy, and got to learn more about what he is doing with the Bryan/College Station community and how he is shifting the BCS music scene in a very fun yet meaningful way.
MEM Stackboy, formerly known as ‘936 Lonestar’, has recently shaken up the city with the announcement of a new and fun event, ‘Summer Splash’, which will be one of the many annual events coordinated by Motion Era.
“Hopefully with this we can get the annual to get bigger, the next events to grow a little bit more and then we want to try doing some events coming up.”, said MEM Stackboy.
Motion Era’s 2022 ‘Summer Splash’ will be nothing but a fun way to connect with the local Bryan/College Station community. There will be water balloons, water guns, food, and even great music provided by DJ SlimGoldy!
All of this and much more will take place at Tanglewood Park, in Bryan, Texas. July 31st from 4:00pm-8:30pm expect to fully immerse yourself in this community-driven, family-friendly event!
“Just to bring something different out so the kids can see something different, not just the same stuff”, said MEM Stackboy.

Be sure to bring the whole family, invite your friends, and tell your whole neighborhood about this event because it’s going to be a really fun day, perfect for all of the kids right before they start school next month.
As far as MEM Stackboy’s music career goes, he has been developing his sound a lot more. Not only is he exploring more versatility in his music, which means anyone and everyone can jam his songs, he has been working on an album that should be out no later than Spring next year.
“So the next group of songs I'm getting ready to release is more like a Hip-Hop RnB Pop vibe, I guess you can say. It's kind of hard to kind of put it in the genre because it's a little blend of everything.“, MEM Stackboy responded after being asked what we can expect from his new music.
Here at Vision Studios, we are beyond excited to see the journey play out for Motion Era as a whole and to see MEM Stackboy keep growing here locally, but universally on all platforms as well.
